POLS 241 - Family Law
The focus of this course is on legal issues that arise in domestic relationships. Topics covered include marriage, divorce, child custody, support, and adoption. Students will complete a number of service-learning hours volunteering with a community partner organization that deals with issues of family law. Prerequisite: Permission of department chairperson or legal studies coordinator required.
