FCFN 395 - Food and Culture
Explores the relationships between agricultural practices, diet patterns, food procurement and distribution, nutrition, and religious dietary doctrines from a national and global perspective. Emphasis on how culture, national and international policies, and belief systems shape food consumption patterns. Prerequisite: NUTR 240 or 275 or 340.
